Here at Roastery48, passion is the difference! Behind every carefully roasted bag of beans is husband and wife duo Jon & Kelly “KDawg”. With the support of their two dogs Dakota & Zumi, and their cat Frankie, Jon and Kelly were able to make their dream a reality.

Jon, a firefighter and welder, is the whole package and can roast a mean cup of coffee. You can probably find Jon on his off days overlanding and inventing the coolest things. Kelly, a Navy Veteran, is brew-ti-ful and full of sass! In addition to coffee, Kelly loves traveling, wine, and staying active.
